The Kia Telluride is one of the best mid-size SUVs on the market. With three rows and an eight-passenger seating capacity, drivers have plenty to love about this vehicle. The 2023 Telluride trims are the LX, S, EX, EX X-Line, SX, SX X-Line, SX X-Pro, SX Prestige, SX Prestige X-Line, and the highest trim, SX Prestige S-Pro. But which trim is best for you?

A Guide to the 2023 Kia Telluride Trim Levels

2023 Kia Telluride | DARCARS Kia of Lanham

The 2023 Telluride has 10 trim levels, each of which has unique standard features, exterior color options, and driver assistance technology. While the top trims have a maxed-out towing capacity of 5,500 lbs, the lower trims can tow up to 5,000 lbs. Ultimately, this means that choosing the perfect trim for you has less to do with performance and more to do with the features you want to have on your full-size SUV.

LX

The base trim sets the tone for performance power with a standard 3.8L V6 engine and 18-in alloy wheels. The seats are upholstered with SynTex fabric, and the touchscreen is 12.3 in. This trim also offers connectivity to Apple CarPlay and Android Auto, as well as a six-speaker audio system.

S

The second trim level upgrades the seating with an eight-way power driver’s seat, second-row captain’s chairs, and heated front seats. The wheels for this model are 12-in black alloy, and the exterior is packaged with roof rails. Drivers can also opt for a sunroof.

EX

On top of the features included in the previous trim, this third trim level includes leather seating and ventilated front seats. Drivers can choose between single, power tilt, and sliding sunroof packages. For performance, the self-leveling rear suspension is optional.

EX X-Line

This particular trim stands out since it includes many of the X-Line performance and design features. Along with AWD and a special tow mode, this trim level includes body-color bumpers, a special grille, and performance 20-in black alloy wheels.

SX

The upgrades for this trim level include dual sunroofs, LED fog lights, and additional comfort from the 10-way power driver’s seat. The digital cluster is fully integrated with a 12.3-in curved display, and forward collision avoidance is a standard safety feature. This trim also has cabin mood lighting.

SX X-Line

Along with the features standard on the previous trim, this model also includes exclusive X-Line performance and design details like roof rails, fog light bezels, and a black headlight.

SX X-Pro

This is the first trim level with a 5,500 lbs towing capacity. Along with the features found on the previous trim, drivers can enjoy a 110-volt inverter and 18-in black alloy wheels.

SX Prestige

As one of the highest trim levels, this model has standard features such as a 10-in HUD and a digital rearview mirror. The seats are trimmed with Nappa leather, and the second-row captain’s chairs are heated and ventilated.

SX Prestige X-Line

In addition to the features from the previous trim level, this trim level includes all the X-Line design details and the X-Line tow mode.

SX Prestige S-Pro

The final trim is the most luxurious and includes all the standard features included in the Prestige trim levels. This trim also includes exclusive X-Pro 18-in alloy wheels and two 110-volt inverters.
