Surround View Monitor
Cameras positioned around the vehicle help you keep an eye on the area around your Carnival. The four cameras give you a bird’s eye view, making parking and driving easier in crowded areas. The feature is best used when you’re maneuvering slowly.
Rear Cross-Traffic Collision-Avoidance Assist
If you’re reversing out of your parking spot and your vehicle detects an oncoming obstacle, then it’ll alert you. If needed, the feature can apply the brakes to help prevent a collision. Your front and rear parking sensors may also activate and let you know if certain obstacles are in your path.
Navigation-Based Smart Cruise Control w/ Stop & Go
Finally, cruise control is available to automate some aspects of your driving when the feature is in use. It helps you keep a safe distance from the vehicle ahead, adjusting its speed as the cars driving in front of you change their speed, come to a stop, and start driving again. The system also uses navigation information to determine changing speed limits along your journey, which it uses to adjust your speed as needed.
